THIS WAS RECORED IN 1979 ON A BETA MAX RECORDER AND WAS NEVER PLAYED OR SEEN UNTIL 5-2010 SO THE COLOR QUALITY IS NOT GOOD AND THERE IS VIDEO NOISE. ENJOY. HE WAS PLAYING FOR PRES. CARTER BUT PRES. CARTER WAS UNABLE TO ATTEND DUE TO OFFICIAL BUSINESS. THIS WAS RECORDED FROM A TV BROADCAST.
